Question: What material do you use to manufacture ampoules?
Plastic ampoules are made of a multilayer film of various colors: transparent, white, brown and orange. Currently, when manufacturing plastic packages, we use several types of polymer film:
• PVC-PE (polyvinylchloride-polyethylene) is used for packaging products which do not require special storage conditions;
• PVC-EVOH-PE (polyvinyl chloride-vinyl ethylene glycol-polyethylene) is a multilayered film with a barrier layer that prevents the penetration of water and oxygen.
Question: What volume of ampoules do you manufacture for pouring?
We manufacture ampoules of 1 ml, 1.5 ml, 2 ml, 2.5 ml, 4 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml, 25 ml, 30 ml and 50 ml of different configuration.
Question: Do you provide a service for pouring in plastic ampoules?
YES, we do.
Question: What number of ampoules does a cassette contain?
Ready-made packages with customer’s products inside can be divided either by 1 piece or by cassettes containing 2 to 12 pieces fastened together. A perforation is applied between them to facilitate their separation from each other.
Question: Do you apply a label or a text on ampoules?
To give the package marketable appearance, it can be labeled or pad printed in large volumes of packaging.
Question: : What is the minimum order quantity for ampoules?
The minimum order is 30,000 ampoules.
